Pieve looks like a classic, but it is built for everyday life, water included: it is water resistant to 20 ATM. The screw-down crown and caseback seal the case securely, while the sapphire crystal protects the dial from scratches. Two-level dial, from black to blue

The dial is the centre of the watch. On Pieve it is built on two levels: the sunray base starts black at the edges and lightens towards the centre into a deep blue, shifting in intensity with every movement of the wrist. A ring with a fine-grain sandblasted finish, on a second level, echoes the same play of colour with a matte, textured surface, giving depth to the whole. The sunray base holds the 24-hour sub-dial at 9 o'clock and the date at 3 o'clock, for an orderly, complete read.
